Our wide variety of customer-facing roles are basically split into three levels:
Which level is right for you depends on your experience – but it is perfectly possible, and very much encouraged, to move up through the ranks. We believe in developing your skills, and each season we promote a lot of people.
There's absolutely no holding you back. If it's obvious at the assessment stage that you've got what it takes, you can become a team leader right away.
So what will you be doing? Well for a start, you'll be part of a team that works closely together and with other departments. You'll be outside come rain or shine (suncream and rainjackets provided!) with responsibility for making sure that every day, we look our very best. Naturally, there's a fair amount of cleaning involved in keeping our standards high.
As we've said, the friendliness and helpfulness of our customer-facing teams is absolutely critical in ensuring our guests have a day to remember. Never mind the wonderful attractions – it's you who are the heart and soul of our business. That friendly smile, kind word and helping hand really can make all the difference to someone's day.
